Shipping policy

Order processing times: Our orders are processed within 5-7 business days.

Shipping times: We ship from our studio in the United States. We currently ship to both the United States and Canada. Orders shipping within the United States will arrive within 3-5 business days.

Orders shipping internationally to Canada will arrive within 7-20 business days. 

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to US and Canada, but are happy to arrange shipping to Europe if you contact us directly at tania@taniarodamilans.com

 

What are your delivery methods?

We ship USPS Priority mail for all our jewelry and most home décor. For large original artwork we work FedEx. If you need a special delivery, talk to us and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

 

What are your delivery times?

In the US, USPS Priority delivery should reach you within 3-5 working days from dispatch (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

In Europe, delivery should reach you within 7-10 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday.

 

Is there a delivery charge?

Jewelry and most home décor orders within the US have a $4 - $9 shipping cost. Large original artwork shipping via FedEx range in cost, from $29 – up to $120

Orders from other parts of the world have a standard delivery cost of 19,99€.

   

How do I track my parcel?

In your order confirmation email, you will find a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website where you can track your parcel. For large artwork you will get an e-mail with the tracking information.

 

What happens if I do not receive my parcel?

Please contact us at tania@taniarodamilans.com quoting your order number and tracking number so we can investigate the matter with the carrier.
